Automated Storage and Retrieval Pallet Racking System (AS/RS or ASRS) is a fully automated supply chain solution for managing inventory, storing product, improving the handling of product and integrating software for a total real-time view of your warehouse solutions. The ASRS allows super-efficient storage of items of varying size and weight. The adjustable racking system is based on moveable pallets (instead of fixed rakcs) that maximize every inch of your vertical storage space. Pallets can be continually adjusted or expanded to meet your changing storage needs. ASRS consists of stacker cranes that move up and down in one or multiple parallel storage aisles to retrieve/store pallets and unload/load at the aisles end.
